Overview
WowWrite operates as both an AI writing tool platform and a publisher of guides, tutorials, and blog content about AI writing, content creation, and language tools. This dual role means we hold ourselves to two distinct standards:
- As a tool platform: We clearly disclose what our tools do, how accurate they are, and what their limitations are. We do not overstate AI capabilities.
- As a publisher: We follow editorial standards that prioritise accuracy, transparency, and genuine usefulness over search engine optimisation or publishing volume.
Editorial Principles
Accuracy Over Volume
We prioritise publishing fewer, higher-quality guides over high-frequency AI-generated output. Every tool guide and blog article is reviewed by a human editor before publication.
Transparent AI Disclosure
When AI tools assist in drafting content, we disclose it. We do not publish raw, unreviewed AI output. All AI-assisted content is edited, fact-checked, and approved by our editorial team.
Evidence-Based Claims
We only make accuracy claims we can substantiate. Our AI detector accuracy figures are based on internal benchmarking tests, not marketing copy. We update claims when our testing reveals changes.
No Sponsored Content Disguised as Editorial
Advertisements on WowWrite are clearly labelled. We do not accept payment to positively review or recommend external tools or services in our editorial content.
Corrections Policy
If we publish incorrect information, we correct it promptly and transparently. Significant corrections are noted at the top of the affected article.
User Privacy in Content
We never use user-submitted text as examples or case studies without explicit permission. All writing examples in our guides are created specifically for that purpose.
AI Usage by Content Type
Tool Output
AI-generated results (humanized text, grammar corrections, summaries, prompts, etc.) are the core service of WowWrite. This is the intended function — users submit text and receive AI-generated results. All tool outputs are clearly presented as AI-generated and returned directly to the user for review.
Blog Articles & Guides
Some blog articles are initially drafted with AI assistance. All AI-assisted articles are subsequently reviewed, edited, and approved by a human editor before publication. Articles that are substantially AI-assisted include a disclosure note at the top. We do not publish articles that are purely AI-generated without human editorial review.
Tool Descriptions & UI Copy
Tool descriptions, placeholder text, and interface copy may be written with AI assistance and then reviewed and refined by our editorial team.
SEO & Metadata
Page titles, meta descriptions, and structured data are created by our team with AI assistance and reviewed to ensure they accurately represent page content.
Content Review Process
All editorial content (blog posts, guides, tutorials) published on WowWrite goes through the following process:
- Initial draft: Content is drafted — either by a team member or with AI assistance, or both.
- Fact-checking: Claims, statistics, and technical details are verified against authoritative sources.
- Editorial review: A human editor reviews the draft for accuracy, clarity, tone, and adherence to our editorial standards.
- AI disclosure: If the content is substantially AI-assisted, a disclosure is added before publication.
- Publication: Content is published with accurate author attribution and a publication date.
- Updates: Articles are reviewed and updated when significant changes to the topic warrant it.
Advertising Disclosure
WowWrite displays advertisements through Google AdSense and other advertising networks. Advertisements are clearly distinguished from editorial content. We do not allow advertising relationships to influence our editorial recommendations.
We do not accept payment for positive reviews, sponsored placements disguised as editorial content, or affiliate arrangements that require us to recommend specific products. If we ever include affiliate links, they will be clearly disclosed.

Tool Accuracy & Limitations
We are committed to honest representation of our tools' capabilities:
- AI Detector: Our detector provides probability scores, not definitive judgments. No AI detector achieves 100% accuracy. We advise users to treat results as one signal among many, not as proof of AI authorship.
- Grammar Checker: Our grammar tool catches the majority of common errors but may miss context-dependent issues or produce false positives. Human review is always recommended.
- AI Humanizer: Humanization reduces common AI-generated patterns but does not guarantee undetectability by all detectors. Results vary based on input quality, length, and topic.
- All tools: AI tools are assistants, not replacements for human judgment. We recommend users review all tool output before use.
