5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your submitted text to train our AI models or share it with third parties, except as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., sending it to an AI processing API).

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy or as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

WowWrite's tools generate AI-assisted output (grammar suggestions, paraphrased text, summaries, etc.). This output is provided as an aid to your writing and should always be reviewed by you before use. WowWrite makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use in academic, professional, or legal contexts.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and services on WowWrite are provided on an "as is" basis. WowWrite makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WowWrite or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@wowwrite.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, by email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
